I didn't either, nor did I recognize his voice as Bill Dauterive until prompted by a friend and mutual Stephen Root fan.

And man, that Jimmy James could just say "Damnit Dave!" and it was funny. Stephen Root + Phil Hartman = one of the funniest TV shows evah. Plus Joe Rogan's last worthwhile contribution to pop culture.
