From what I saw on stage a couple of weeks ago, Pollard is a liar. Beer seems to set him free as well. hah!

Well you never saw him at Reading, Nath - when he sang "I am a pharmacist, prescriptions I will fill you, potions pills and medicines to ease your fucked up lives" I swore he looked directly at me.

Still, it probably had more to do with the half empty bottle of Jack Daniels I was waving randomly in the air at the time. I reckon he covetted it.

In a monastery you would still have responsibilities.

Been thinking about your interactions with others, Julio?

Martin Skidmore (Martin Skidmore), Sunday, 1 June 2003 12:40 (twenty-two years ago)

what made you ask this? I've just been looking over some of the stuff in the archives.

Julio Desouza (jdesouza), Sunday, 1 June 2003 12:44 (twenty-two years ago)

The one you reviveed immediately before this was about being an individual or fitting in. And the next was whether we should fear the ridicule of others. It feels as if a theme is emerging.

Jamie Conway (Jamie Conway), Sunday, 1 June 2003 15:59 (twenty-two years ago)

How much did you actually have to teach, Jamie? Or did you just stand in the back and nod?

oops (Oops), Sunday, 1 June 2003 19:18 (twenty-two years ago)

Get a good book: No messy tears, no picking up dropped clothes, no begging for late-night munchies....

Nichole Graham (Nichole Graham), Sunday, 1 June 2003 19:27 (twenty-two years ago)

I'm still teachin. Actually, it's a fairly big responsibility and I put a lot of work into it, but aside from that I have very few worries or cares, which makes a nice change.

Nicole - books are no substitute for people, however good. And they won't get you those munchies............

Jamie Conway (Jamie Conway), Sunday, 1 June 2003 20:49 (twenty-two years ago)

Your average one night stand tends to fulfill the requirements of the question.
