Fuzzy Buzzy

I don't like the way the question is phrased.

Emma, Thursday, 6 September 2001 00:00 (twenty-five years ago)

I don't see any question.

Ronan, Thursday, 6 September 2001 00:00 (twenty-five years ago)

In Naked Lunch the vibrator was called Steely Dan. I therefore suggest Buena Vista Social Club as being in the same vein. (so to speak)

Perhaps Salient facts about the object in question:

It was made in 1985 and destroyed that same year (indeed day).

It involved a bit from a model train and a Blue Peter badge.

It was never used for its intended purpose.

The two co-creators had never seen a vibrator but had seen one mentioned in a girly magazine.

I can't think of a name but a good use might be shoving it down Ronan's annoying pedantic throat.

Ig-winch and the Entry Ug

I'd still be able to type but if its simple injury you're after then that's probably a good use.

Ronan, Thursday, 6 September 2001 00:00 (twenty-five years ago)

Ah, Tom, then it has to be called a West End Girl.

Ned Raggett, Thursday, 6 September 2001 00:00 (twenty-five years ago)

The Flying Scotsman? (I'm sure there's a more amusing joke in there but I can't find it unless it's 'the flying oxfordman' which isn't even remotely funny).

Bill, Thursday, 6 September 2001 00:00 (twenty-five years ago)

I think it should simply be named the Ewing, so that the slogan can run 'Screw screwing - try Ewing!'

Nick, Thursday, 6 September 2001 00:00 (twenty-five years ago)

Ug-Ig and the Wincing Entry.

Chin Chin. Only Momus will understand.

nathalie, Thursday, 6 September 2001 00:00 (twenty-five years ago)

As it involves a Blue Peter badge, how about "Noakes - gets into nooks and crannies"
