Yeah I'm the boss of a small dept in a 1500 employee company. Damn firewall crap. First they took Netscape away from me last week and I had to figure out a way around it, which wasn't all that difficult. But they monitor Explorer users all the time. Maybe I can figure something out. Or maybe someone can tape me a message like Chappy Sinclair did for Doug Masters in Iron Eagle and I can play it on my walkman that I will have strapped to my thigh for a final run.

man, I've been through a vaguely similar experience. Since I pretty much de-ilx-ed work, I've become this shadowy semi-regular as well. the downside = you'll get to some really good discussion after everything useful has already been said, and all that will be worth contributing is, like, "me too!" or "(poster x ) = otm". the upside = despite this, it's still worth reading.
