This week has been really weird. It's been dark and rainy and cold every day. Today it's extremely windy, and I've been wearing my coat at my desk. Work is slow and makes me sleepy. I wish I could hibernate until the weekend. It's supposed to be cold and rainy still tomorrow, but I think it will clear up Saturday and Sunday (fingers crossed).

You're kidding - it's Thursday! That's the best day! Cos tomorrow is Friday and Friday is the last day! Thursdays are great! Everything was dragging up until Wednesday evening but now it is HYPERDRIVE A GO GO. What's everyone doing tonight? I am probably going to watch Lixi play THE SIMS unless she has gone out in which case I might play the Sims or more likely Ape Escape 2 unless Tom is playing LMA manager in which case I'm going to resort to alcoholism...

God I love the PS2. I didn't like it at all until Ape Escape 2. Now I could nestle it in my womb like a noisy child. Love it. Still want a Gamecube more though.

I played Super Monkey Ball very quickly and it wasn't as grebt as I expected but I am sure I wd get into it... must... play... pikmin... and Rez...

And is there a nerd thread anywhere?

Today feels like a Wednesday because I had Monday and Tuesday off. Earlier on, I worked out that I'm having six consecutive non-five-day weeks due to a cunning arrangement of annual leave, sick leave and bank holidays. Result!

Waking up this morning and finding it really was Friday at last was a bit of an anti-climax somehow. However, I bought the new Harry Potter DVD on the way into work this morning and I've been watching that on my computer instead of doing anything productive. Oh no, spiders, OH NO!!
