I just realized this (because I R very observant like). All the times for the threads are 1 hour behind. That is all.

Ah. Thanks!

David R. (popshots75`), Saturday, 12 April 2003 04:39 (twenty-two years ago)

There is a masterplan to fix this problem.

Graham (graham), Saturday, 12 April 2003 08:42 (twenty-two years ago)

The masterplan is coming together. Expect dates and times to go quite loopy until it's finished.

Graham (graham), Saturday, 12 April 2003 14:15 (twenty-two years ago)

Shouldn't we notify the rest of the world too?

gabbneb (gabbneb), Saturday, 12 April 2003 14:21 (twenty-two years ago)

Well, it shouldn't cause any real problems, but there will be moments when the dates appear a few hours wrong for a while.

Graham (graham), Saturday, 12 April 2003 14:35 (twenty-two years ago)

It doesn't bother me.

MarkH (MarkH), Saturday, 12 April 2003 14:53 (twenty-two years ago)

Graham is right! Where I am it is now autumn 1997! Oh no!

Martin Skidmore (Martin Skidmore), Saturday, 12 April 2003 15:25 (twenty-two years ago)

Dates should have settled down after this afternoon's weirdness. If you notice any pages being odd, tell me.

Graham (graham), Saturday, 12 April 2003 18:31 (twenty-two years ago)

OK, the plan is in place. Keep an eye out for weirdness. Choose where you live in the settings and it will compensate automatically.

(Currently it only cover America and Europe. I'll add Australia and New Zealand soon. Anyone else?)

Graham (graham), Sunday, 13 April 2003 15:27 (twenty-two years ago)

I was 13 hours ahead in ILX time.

brg30 (brg30), Sunday, 13 April 2003 19:30 (twenty-two years ago)

RJG (RJG), Monday, 29 March 2004 02:05 (twenty-one years ago)

Americans, even anglophilic ones, save daylight for one more week.

gabbneb (gabbneb), Monday, 29 March 2004 02:10 (twenty-one years ago)

I do Daylight Savings Time NEVER!

Huck, Monday, 29 March 2004 04:19 (twenty-one years ago)

I can't believe that this year, I REMEMBERED, and I changed the clock in the living room, the clock on the VCR, the computer, my mobile - BUT FORGOT TO CHANGE THE ALARM CLOCK IN THE BEDROOM.

And was an hour late for work this morning. Every freaking year, this happens. I never learn.

Super-Kate (kate), Monday, 29 March 2004 09:51 (twenty-one years ago)

damm and it was getting so bright out in the morning, I hate waking up and it being all dark.

Mr Noodles (Mr Noodles), Monday, 29 March 2004 10:56 (twenty-one years ago)

spooky - our mobile phones and computers changed without even being told by us...

the music mole (colin s barrow), Monday, 29 March 2004 11:02 (twenty-one years ago)

Maybe you told it in your sleep.

Lara (Lara), Monday, 29 March 2004 20:39 (twenty-one years ago)

I got the time right but the date wrong, I thought Monday was the 1st of April and confusion ensued.

Jarlr'mai (jarlrmai), Tuesday, 30 March 2004 08:50 (twenty-one years ago)

one year passes...
Does the time change at the server level at some point or do I need to change my settings?

Curious George Finds the Ether Bottle (Rock Hardy), Sunday, 3 April 2005 18:11 (twenty years ago)

My mobile had to be rebooted for the new time to show. What is wrong with people? This isn't 1982!

absolutego (ex machina), Sunday, 3 April 2005 19:01 (twenty years ago)

four years pass...

DST may actually waste energy, and causes heart attacks

I feel absolute embarrasment and humiliation within the msgbrd context (Z S), Saturday, 13 March 2010 16:29 (fifteen years ago)
