Forum 2000, anyone?

Does anyone besides myself and Jon Williams remember this amazing site? They claimed to have a 'neural network' simulating famous people (dead and alive--great selection, from machiavelli to ayn rand to the iron chef's to al gore to the powerpuff girls) who would answer your personal questions. Running gags galore as well as epic over-arching storylines. Really all the questions were answered by bored CMU students. Tons of shitty sites like Conversatron ripped 'em off. They were the original, and way better.

I loved Forum2000.org. Firstly, yes, conversatron, TMOL, and their ilk are damn appalling. The best times were when there was one really bored student operating it and you could have little conversations with them. I remember Machiavelli rhapsodising about Rage Against The Machine's "range and stunning musicality"
