I had my car in a parking lot over night in Seattle, and someone smashed ther rear window and stole lots of my clothes and some bags, some headphones, a minidisc recorder, and some other stuff. (even underwear!)

I had my car window smashed once in Austin, and they didn't steal anything at all. I had a $300 minidisk player sitting right in the console, and they didn't steal it. Just some drunk assholes -- make that, unbeLIEVEable assholes -- who decided to throw a big chunk of concrete through the window of a nice Audi.

AT least your crime had a motive. Sucks. My sincere condolences.
