I spent the morning before ATP ogling David Bowie's thighs in the company of somebody else of this parish who says he wore make-up back in the day. But today I am wearing very neutral shades of Clinique. So possibly I am not that glam rock.

Linking back to the 'are any of you punks' thread, I saw one gig where the Damned were on first, and my friends and I were in our punk gear. In the interval, we removed some stuff, and got out loads of tinsel and stuff and draped that all over ourselves, in preparation for the headliner, T. Rex. That's about as close as I got to going glam.
