Does anyone know where I can see off-license monkey fites in London? You see, I'm a journo, and I was hoping...honest!

Skottie, Tuesday, 15 April 2003 13:45 (twenty-two years ago)

What about those monkey-houses? I've heard it's like £80 for full service or £50 for half an hour. That's the East End for you.

Hey Horace, this would be a good place for you to post that smoking monkey pic you always post!

Horace Mann (Horace Mann), Tuesday, 15 April 2003 14:11 (twenty-two years ago)

Good point, Horace. I'll see if I can dig it up.

Horace Mann (Horace Mann), Tuesday, 15 April 2003 14:11 (twenty-two years ago)

You do that.

Horace Mann (Horace Mann), Tuesday, 15 April 2003 14:12 (twenty-two years ago)

Okay, you wait here and hold my spot.

Horace Mann (Horace Mann), Tuesday, 15 April 2003 14:12 (twenty-two years ago)

Will do.

Horace Mann (Horace Mann), Tuesday, 15 April 2003 14:12 (twenty-two years ago)

You're the best, thanks.

Horace Mann (Horace Mann), Tuesday, 15 April 2003 14:12 (twenty-two years ago)

No, you're the best.

Horace Mann (Horace Mann), Tuesday, 15 April 2003 14:13 (twenty-two years ago)

Horace Mann (Horace Mann), Tuesday, 15 April 2003 14:14 (twenty-two years ago)

Horace, you should write children's books!

Nordicskillz (Nordicskillz), Tuesday, 15 April 2003 14:16 (twenty-two years ago)

Errrr, I'm not really sure WHY I said that though. I'm a bit drunk from lunch still. WWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!

Nordicskillz (Nordicskillz), Tuesday, 15 April 2003 14:16 (twenty-two years ago)

Hey, Horace, where did you find that picture of Helena Bonham-Carter smoking a cigarette?

Skottie, Tuesday, 15 April 2003 14:19 (twenty-two years ago)

It's a still from Fight Club.

Horace Mann (Horace Mann), Tuesday, 15 April 2003 14:23 (twenty-two years ago)

This may or may not be the appropriate thread for the following, but, while I'm sure he was a bad guy and all, Chemical Ali is a great nickname.

Skottie, Tuesday, 15 April 2003 14:34 (twenty-two years ago)

one wig three heads?

Horace Mann (Horace Mann), Tuesday, 15 April 2003 15:14 (twenty-two years ago)

I think you're on to something!

Skottie, Tuesday, 15 April 2003 15:17 (twenty-two years ago)

The best kinds of monkeys are gibbons, and they aren't even monkeys, which makes monkeys a bit dud.

Martin Skidmore (Martin Skidmore), Tuesday, 15 April 2003 18:24 (twenty-two years ago)

Uh, Martin, Whiplash would like to have a word with you.

mark p (Mark P), Tuesday, 15 April 2003 18:37 (twenty-two years ago)

Martin, I can't disagree with you enough. But, to each his own.

Nordicskillz (Nordicskillz), Tuesday, 15 April 2003 18:44 (twenty-two years ago)

Why not ask an expert in order to clear up this little contretemps?

http://ffmedia.ign.com/filmforce/image/bonham_carter_160.jpg

"Well, Martin, I believe you're putting forth what we simians would describe as a distinction without a difference. Take me, for instance--PLEASE! Ha, ha, sometimes I frighten even myself. Anyhoo, my cousin Camilla Parker-Bowles (related through the hyphen) is the presiding spokesmonkey of the Balikpapan Orangutan Society. Now not only is a spokesmonkey out of place in an orangutan society, she's actually a Cotton-Topped Tamarin. But the Society isn't picky and neither should you be. Nor should Tim Burton. Who is actually a vole. But never mind that. Next question please!"
