rosemary (rosemary), Wednesday, 16 April 2003 01:55 (twenty-two years ago)

Don't stop believin'. It IS brilliant, heed H.

Ned Raggett (Ned), Wednesday, 16 April 2003 01:55 (twenty-two years ago)

IT IS THE GREATEST THING EVER AND ANYONE WHO SAYS OTHERWISE IS GAY.

Ally (mlescaut), Wednesday, 16 April 2003 01:56 (twenty-two years ago)

For once, Ally and I agree!

hstencil, Wednesday, 16 April 2003 01:56 (twenty-two years ago)

better than the great taste of Fresca?

Anthony Miccio (Anthony Miccio), Wednesday, 16 April 2003 01:58 (twenty-two years ago)

rosemary, do you not like Journey?

hstencil, Wednesday, 16 April 2003 01:59 (twenty-two years ago)

It's like so much better than Fresca. Heaven is defined a moose! What would Journey do! I've watched it like 10 times, instead of writing my holocaust essay, I blame hstencil.

Ally (mlescaut), Wednesday, 16 April 2003 02:00 (twenty-two years ago)

Anthony hates fun, and likes Good Charlotte.

hstencil, Wednesday, 16 April 2003 02:01 (twenty-two years ago)

JOURNEY SUXORS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That Girl (thatgirl), Wednesday, 16 April 2003 02:02 (twenty-two years ago)

Don't stop believin', that girl.

hstencil, Wednesday, 16 April 2003 02:03 (twenty-two years ago)

Oh my god, I can't even breathe after watching that.

Ally (mlescaut), Wednesday, 16 April 2003 02:03 (twenty-two years ago)

I love fun yes I do. Stop saying I don't or I'll stop having fun.

Anthony Miccio (Anthony Miccio), Wednesday, 16 April 2003 02:04 (twenty-two years ago)

We're done talking about that, dude.

Ally (mlescaut), Wednesday, 16 April 2003 02:08 (twenty-two years ago)

Heaven is a funky moose!

Sean Carruthers (SeanC), Wednesday, 16 April 2003 02:32 (twenty-two years ago)

but seriously, with it's unique citrus taste, Fresca is a caffeine-free soft drink that appeals to discriminating adults. It's bubbly, crisp light taste provides a flavorful beverage to consumer who want great citrus taste in a calorie-free soft drink. Unlike Journey.

Anthony Miccio (Anthony Miccio), Wednesday, 16 April 2003 02:35 (twenty-two years ago)

I wanna pop, I wanna...Shasta!

Anthony still hates Journey/fun.

hstencil, Wednesday, 16 April 2003 02:36 (twenty-two years ago)

Ant, I can still call you Ant? Anyway, Ant, listen. Fresca ain't shit compared to diet Vanilla Coke.

Ally (mlescaut), Wednesday, 16 April 2003 02:37 (twenty-two years ago)

Does anybody remember laughter?

Does anybody remember Shasta?

hstencil, Wednesday, 16 April 2003 02:39 (twenty-two years ago)

Fresca's like Sprite for Methodists or something

James Blount (James Blount), Wednesday, 16 April 2003 02:42 (twenty-two years ago)

Let's all rock it for the vanilla Coke, awww yeah, Mill to ILX: "nigga please, have some Coke"

I definitely don't need any more sugar tonight.

Ally (mlescaut), Wednesday, 16 April 2003 02:48 (twenty-two years ago)

Did we not do this on ILX before?
Maybe it was 22list, Kate? Ned? Bueller? Bueller?

Mr Noodles (Mr Noodles), Wednesday, 16 April 2003 02:58 (twenty-two years ago)

Heaven is a funky moose!

Wahoo! JOURNEY RULE! I WOULD PUT THEM UP THERE WITH POISON AND BON JOVI!

jel -- (jel), Wednesday, 16 April 2003 07:55 (twenty-two years ago)

Yes, it went round 22 about two years ago... strange how these things go round and round and round and round and round and you'd think one day that the internet would END but it never does.

kate, Wednesday, 16 April 2003 07:58 (twenty-two years ago)

It's the gift that keeps on giving.

Mr. Diamond (diamond), Wednesday, 16 April 2003 07:59 (twenty-two years ago)

I hope that's really what he's saying, about the moose. That would be amazing.

Ally (mlescaut), Wednesday, 16 April 2003 17:11 (twenty-two years ago)

it must be! He's Steve Perry (aka the greatest human being ever!)

jel -- (jel), Wednesday, 16 April 2003 17:14 (twenty-two years ago)

(kate don't dishonor the perry)

hstencil, Thursday, 24 April 2003 03:47 (twenty-two years ago)

that really did say heaven is defined a moose, didn't it?

luna (luna.c), Thursday, 24 April 2003 04:29 (twenty-two years ago)

Supposedly, "heaven is a funky moose" is really "Living just to find emotion".

Really, it is!

Chris Barrus (Chris Barrus), Thursday, 24 April 2003 04:43 (twenty-two years ago)

oh I don't believe that for a second.

hstencil, Thursday, 24 April 2003 12:35 (twenty-two years ago)

hstencil, Thursday, 24 April 2003 12:39 (twenty-two years ago)

outrageous

Chris V. (Chris V), Thursday, 24 April 2003 13:44 (twenty-two years ago)

I had that Journey game! The best part was the beginning, when the scarab burst out of the planet and there was an Atari version of the synthesizer part from "Don't Stop Believin'".

Anyway, I want it [back]. That's the way I need it.

Nemo (JND), Thursday, 24 April 2003 14:14 (twenty-two years ago)

Matt Maxwell (Matt M.), Friday, 25 April 2003 01:03 (twenty-two years ago)

Mr. Diamond (diamond), Friday, 25 April 2003 01:07 (twenty-two years ago)

Just a city boy, born and raised in South Detroit (nordicskilla), Tuesday, 7 June 2005 15:17 (twenty years ago)

one year passes...
This is still my favorite flash, ever.

(working link for those who missed it before)

Curt1s St3ph3ns, Sunday, 14 January 2007 23:01 (eighteen years ago)

Ok. This is probably going to be a long post.
First of all, thank you. Thank you so much.
This (Journey) was sent to me years ago, and I sent it on to many friends, and then, two years ago? More? Less? It just dissappeared from the internet. My boyfriend and I have searched for it, to no avail.
I started reading ILX this afternoon...saw the thread title...opened the thread...and tried to link, but failed. Then I read the whole thread, got to the active link and said (shouted) "Yay! YAY YAY YAY YAY!" Opened the link, let the first beautiful chords come blasting out of the speakers. My boyfriend was in the kitchen, and he came running in, saying "No! No way! You found it!" And I said "NO! ILX FOUND IT!"
And we proceeded to scream along at the top of our lungs. And play it five times in a row.
It's like a part of me that had been missing has somehow been returned. Thank you so very much.
Where was it? We had a permanent link for at least a year (just something I could click on when I was feeling blue), that stopped working.
Curtis, if I could buy you a case of beer right now, I would.

aimurchie (aimurchie), Monday, 15 January 2007 03:07 (eighteen years ago)

I am about to play it again. Years of missing it make me want to hug it more.

aimurchie (aimurchie), Monday, 15 January 2007 04:47 (eighteen years ago)

"Some will win, some will lose, some are born to play the blues."

It's Microsoft paint gone awry! Oh my god I am beside myself with joy!

Once more, fuck the neighbors. I'm going to blast it.
I will calm down, and go to sleep, and wake up like it's Christmas morning.
I will NOT stop Believin'.

aimurchie (aimurchie), Monday, 15 January 2007 05:04 (eighteen years ago)

it's not the original!

If you fuck with Jimmy Mod, you call down the thunder (The Famous Jimmy Mod), Monday, 15 January 2007 05:35 (eighteen years ago)

Break my fucking heart right now!

aimurchie (aimurchie), Monday, 15 January 2007 05:53 (eighteen years ago)

Oh, how I've missed you, moose. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Curtis. WWJD?

Tape Store (Tape Store), Monday, 15 January 2007 06:03 (eighteen years ago)

Thanks aimurchie. Glad to see I've done some good in the world today! :)

Curt1s St3ph3ns, Monday, 15 January 2007 06:14 (eighteen years ago)

Because of this video, a few years ago I learned how to play "Don't Stop Believing" on piano

Curt1s St3ph3ns, Monday, 15 January 2007 06:19 (eighteen years ago)

That has to be the saddest version of "Don't Stop Believin'!" ever! ONLY the piano part? I'm coming over with my case of beer to play air guitar.
We can fight it out about who gets to be Steve Perry.
