RFI - Site of bizarre drawings of British pop stars by Japanese woman

Does anyone know where this site is? It was some Japanese woman who drew these really, really wacked out sketches of various Britpop/dance stars, and she put her drawings on this website. One of the drawings was of Thom Yorke holding a smiling seal wearing a cap, and another was of the Chemical Brothers dribbling vast amounts of snot onto a huge egg. The site was featured in an old ish of Select once, and I meant to visit it but for some reason I didn't and now that I remember it I can't find that issue of Select anywhere (I think it got thrown out). Does anyone have the URL?
