Given events of late, I'd been thinking about how impossible it was for me to cry even though I had the aching need to, and in fact hadn't for about 5-6 years (nb: crying here is not rolling tears but genuine sobbing). And then a couple of the past nights it finally happened, but only in spurts, and actually the more I thought about it the harder it was to have.

Eh I don't know I think I just wanted to do that analogy up there.

Totally, extraordinarily physically exerting yourself - as in going way beyond your limits and past your second wind, let alone your first, will probably release tears (and vomit).

I cry too much. A heavy, extended session gives me a headache and often causes zits. (By extended, I mean most of a day or something.)

So I'm trying to quit.

I had a short one Tuesday. Just an hour or so.

Still had a headache.

At least I'm cutting down...
