How do I use speed?

So I'm away in a dangerous land, and I end up bored stiff fucking about on the internet in a nice house. The computer goes at 928Kbps compared to my usual 56Kbps. What should I take the opportunity to check out (apart from witty picture threads here, of course)?

I just got hooked up to cable after 2 years of AOL dialup, so I have the same query. I had DSL for about 6 months in 1999 but I honestly don't even remember what hi-speed revelations came to me back then.

It's different when you're on dialup -- picture thread? don't eveb bother. download this mp3? i wish i had that sort of time! kazaa, soulseek -- merely words on a screen.
