Ex-music journalist and pop culture pundit Stuart Maconie is a ubiquitous talking head on TV nostalgia shows. One web-site asked for imaginary Maconie opinions on crucial years in history for as-yet-unmade I Love .. programmes.

Oh, they also ripped a bit off of Tanya's scabrous look at Sting on the back page (with proper freakytrigger.co.uk link) - and then insulted her by calling her a pop fan. Fules.
