Mark, erm this thread is what would you write in his birthday card, not what would you write in his yearbook. Besides, everyone knows that graduating students have to write 'You've been such a great friend. All the best for the rest of your life. Stay in touch.' When really they mean 'You slag. I know you kissed Josh Piper behind the bike shed while we were going out. I hope you get dumped, and that you end up working in Tesco. I also hope you get fat(ter!) and that you die. Please drop off the face of the Earth. I hope I never see you again unless it's to laugh at how fat you've gotten.'

Saddam, sorry for all the confusion. I know how discombobulating it must be for you; first we sell you all these weapons of mass destruction and consider you a close ally and whatnot, then years later we turn around and call you "evil" and invade your country, supposedly, because you have those same weapons we sold you not that long ago (even though we - and everyone else - knows you don't have them).
