Outdoors ones, on roofs and stuff. Not dorm rooms.

Can you recommend any?

Woah! thought San Diego zoo had been englufed with ice and I was all 'WON'T SOMEBODY PLEASE THINK OF THE PANDAS?' but then I realised the webcam was black and white. Which is kind of weird.

The SanFrancisco one is great. There used to be one on the FTimes site where you could pan and zoom and watch people eat their sandwiches on benchs.
More controlable webcams please!

Sarah McLusky (coco), Monday, 12 May 2003 18:45 (twenty-two years ago)

Gareth is the king of the webcams. Even though I meant that as a compliment, that probably sounds porny and sleazy...

Nicole (Nicole), Monday, 12 May 2003 18:48 (twenty-two years ago)

Torgallmenningen looks kinda pleasant, I have to say!

The live streaming video has sound. I like it a lot. Sometimes I'll put it on at home and just listen to the traffic noise.

Kenan Hebert (kenan), Monday, 12 May 2003 18:55 (twenty-two years ago)

revive as I'm really enjoying the thing in Ed's thread about desktop pix and webcams. Currently I have http://www.wildlink.org/cam3_a2400_00001.jpg updating on my desktop. Give me lots of nice relaxing windows to look through

Alan (Alan), Tuesday, 13 May 2003 16:46 (twenty-two years ago)

This one's lovely when it's not cloudy or raining in Snowdonia. But it usually is.

Hello Sunshine (Hello Sunshine), Monday, 7 November 2005 12:38 (twenty years ago)

i've been thinking about Tromso lately. i never realised quite how far north it is. it was nice to see it on that webcam - and the video timelapse stuff on that site is neat.
