I really do.
I have little interest in actually, y'know, running out to see the movie (I will see it, but don't really care when), but I poured over the Ebert review in today's paper, and am considering letting the whole thing be revealed to me.

I haven't read any reviews, but my sister has and she said they all seem to be pretty dissapointing (ie: that the movie is not so great). But I wonder if the movie really is that bad or if maybe everyone just had their hopes up ridiculously high (like for the newer Star Wars movies).

ebert gave it 3.5 out of 4,
great line re all the speechifying from his review: "The speeches provide, not meaning, but the effect of meaning."
Which is like saying that Independence Day provides, not the blowing up of the white house, but the effect of b.u.t.w.h.
