I tipped Southampton for the cup this year months ago. Didn't put any money on it back when the odds would have been worthwhile. Realistically, Arsenal are firm favourites to win, but I'll stick with my tip in supporting terms.

the lj derby of southampton/swansea is fairly dreadful

no silkworms or gaston ramirezes but a lot of aimless long balls and four yard second touches from the wanyamas of jonjo shelvies of this world
