me too! She's local to me and I thought I was going to meet her at the Oxford FAP, but in the end she couldn't make it...

MarkH (MarkH), Tuesday, 20 May 2003 09:53 (twenty-two years ago)

Me too! hould we email her and ask her to put in an appearance?

Mark C (Mark C), Tuesday, 20 May 2003 10:56 (twenty-two years ago)

Yes, she is missed.

Nicole (Nicole), Tuesday, 20 May 2003 11:10 (twenty-two years ago)

Yeah, very much ditto.

Martin Skidmore (Martin Skidmore), Tuesday, 20 May 2003 11:38 (twenty-two years ago)

I've seen some of her posts recently, so I'd guess she's just coming in as she can -- she might be terribly busy or the like.

Ned Raggett (Ned), Tuesday, 20 May 2003 12:15 (twenty-two years ago)

She's jumped ship to Ask A Drunk, I'm afraid. Possibly the first regular ILE poster to do so.

Lynskey (Lynskey), Tuesday, 20 May 2003 12:27 (twenty-two years ago)

My first ever thread dedicated to just me, me alone, my name in the title and everything!!!! You guys have no idea how thrilled and excited I am by this. I am completely overwhelmed :)

I have been enormously busy with work of late, and haven't had much time to post here (or even lurk much) though, as Lynskey has pointed out, I have posted a bit of silliness on the AAD board (even though they scare me a bit over there).

I really can't believe anyone missed me. Do I have to send money to any of you now, in payment for having said nice things about me?

I will go and make a cup of tea, and join in a bit this afternoon because I deserve a break. And yes, we must sort out another Oxford FAP sometime Mark (but I can't manage to get to anything for a little while - I'm going to be too swamped for the foreseeable future with all those students who wreck their houses after exams).

You're aces, people. Thanks :)

Christ: CJ The Unruly is a slum landlord. Well, whatdya know.

Pete (Pete), Tuesday, 20 May 2003 13:24 (twenty-two years ago)

How are we scary CJ?

Matt (Matt), Tuesday, 20 May 2003 13:28 (twenty-two years ago)

My charming properties would be infintely less slum-like if the lovely students didn't accidentally break all the windows, set off the fire extinguishers, chop up all the furniture for firewood, and leave great big iron-burn marks all over the brand new carpets. Bless their little cotton socks :)

Matt : I am often intimidated by the mighty power of your booze-infused branes. Especially that guy Christop3r.

C J (C J), Tuesday, 20 May 2003 13:44 (twenty-two years ago)

Yeah, he is a nuisance.

Matt (Matt), Tuesday, 20 May 2003 13:51 (twenty-two years ago)

CJ Van Hoogstraten more like.

Pete (Pete), Tuesday, 20 May 2003 14:04 (twenty-two years ago)

How did you know about my Dutch baroque painting hobby?

C J (C J), Tuesday, 20 May 2003 14:10 (twenty-two years ago)

Its the one ear what does it.

Pete (Pete), Tuesday, 20 May 2003 14:14 (twenty-two years ago)
