My boss recently confessed to a collaege of mine "erik's beginning to learn" It seems that I did something last week that made her change her whole opinion about me from being a complete nitwit to someone who's "beginning to learn". What am I beginning to learn? do i have to take this as a compliment?

The colleage said that is so far the nicest thing she's ever said about one of her employees.
