STL FAP?

I just figured out that bnw is from STL (sorry I'm slow) and there seem to be a few other mid-midwesterners around...enough critical mass for a St. Louis FAP? I'll have the opportunity to be in that city a few times this summer. Any good shows coming up that would help lure others?

ugh there are no good shows this summer. Possiblities:
Flaming lips at the pageant Sat June 7 (although Poison are also playing a show that night, as are a great local band called Nadine).

Ooh David Lee Roth at the Pageant could also be fun July 16. Also the REO/Styx/Journey bill at the hockey arena June 20. The Jay-Z/Snoop/50 bill is at an outdoor arena July 19.

All of these except DLR are on a Friday or Saturday night.

I was thinking of going to the Lips. And maybe to the Califone show at the Creepy Crawl on the 30th (i think). I have a little too much alcohol in my blood right now to think straight. There was some other guy from the Lou that posted a few months ago, dunno what happened to him. Anyway, I am up for a cozy stl fap whenever.

cool, I'll email you offlist when I have my shit a little more together. I CAN'T PROMISE ANYTHING but I may be able to get you on guestlist for the Lips. I don't know if it's sold out yet or what.

Yay! The two cities I've grown up in are #1 and #2 on that list!

I wish I could come to St. Louis... I haven't visited since high school, and moved when I was 13. I grew up down the street from U City High School, where one Nelly was probably busy learning his trade!
