Just finished my next screenplay!

I went through it last night, tightening it up, preparing it for the Fiancee's Big Reading Saturday... My God, it's so much better than when she last read it, I can't wait for the reaction. Because ultimately, that's what it's about (besides my own personal gratification): Causing a reaction. Not by directly trying to... but just by being yourself and saying whatever you have to say. I get off on that. Perhaps that's the real reason for my wanting to do this shit. All over the world, your fears and fantasies and memories and personal experiences are flashing before someone's eyes on a threatre/TV screen, whether it's some trendy bisexual college kids in Manhattan, or a 16 year-old in Bangladesh or some goddamn place... I love the reaction I get from my writing, and my LOINS THROB with supersuckafragalistic dee-lishus anticipation over what people who see my film(s) are going to say... I have a pretty good idea now, anyway... but nothing will be able to replace the actual experience...

Okay, there's not an actual question buried in there, but fuck it -- who needs a fucking question when you're as close to pure elation as you've been all week?!?!...
