Dumbo: the best animated Disney feature ever. Period.

Earth Girls Are Easy: pretty good for a brainless comedy, has a particularly silly and inaccurate joke about Finland. One of Jim Carrey's first movie roles.

Surf Nazis Must Die: way worse than the title suggests, this flick is actually very boring until the last half an hour, when the black grandma starts wreak havoc to get her revenge. I'm not sure whether the finale is worth is watching the whole film though.

Surely anonymous poster, I'd be happy to:

Chris Morris can do no wrong in my eyes, though if one of my children had been molested I might feel a little different to his Brass Eye special. I SEE what he was trying to do but as he does not give any sort of ANSWER in his Brass Eye specials (or in anything else) I can see why some get upset. But me? I love him.

The New York Ripper is a painfully boring experience that I have not seen for 10 years. I remember it being a real test of the patience as it is extremely dull. In between the 95% boredom of the running time exists a few scenes of ultra-misogyny that are unappealing to the extreme. Then again, Fulci only made a couple of worthwhile films anyway.

Why do you want to use a pseudonym for this thread, Calum? When you talk about films you're usually quite level-headed and mannered.

i was so disapointed with nyc rippers ending. why wasnt the killer the real actual donald duck :(

anyway the guy who played the grumpy poliec inspector was fun to watch. he maed the movie worthwhile for me. remnded me of albert finey in wolfen. also the endign where the police busts in and shoots the killer in the head reminded me of argentos sleepless (as did the killer with the chidlish voice).

Deep Red has a third act. What do you mean?

I'm surprised no one's commented on Howard the Duck. What's that about?
