How does the sticky tape work then?

I had that once and it worked pretty well. Feels damn strange when you take the tape off.

I've been reading alot about lower back problems. Apparently, folks who spend most of their days at a desk (ie: me) tend to have pretty bad problems with their spines. Nerves get frazzled and can't get good information to the brain.

They suggest taking a yoga class and/or getting specialized massages to align the spine. Maybe someday if I'm lucky..

chiros can be quite affordable...mine's only $30 a session and I feel like I'm glowing with the pure and holy light of a thousand suns when I get done.

My ex is a massage therapist. Every once in awhile she'll give me a freebie in exchange for me cooking her a meal. What a shweet deal!

Oh, but yeah, yoga + massage = very good for spine & back muscles. It's thanks to this combination of things that I've no longer got scoliosis (chiropractic work was good at first, and then seemed like it made things worse after a couple visits).

i twist around in my chair and crack my own back a lot. that might be bad for me.
