with a BIQ of 7424
Blog Importance Quotient?
Blog Importance Quotient is decided on the basis of Who's blogrolling a blog. Its an indicator of your importance and influence in the blog world. Your BIQ goes up if a blog with a high Rank blogrolls you and if the Rank of those blogrolling you is not high than your BIQ plummets.

Note that its not important how many people blogroll you i.e. the quantity, but what matters is who blogrolls you i.e. the quality. It takes into account the number of popular bloggers who think you are important to them. Therefore believing that if you are important to them and a lot many of them then you yourself should be very important. Get it? No? Read it again

Pffft, its importance is incalculable. These days I'm a bit unsure what to do with the dear old thing but I'm glad it's there and every couple of months you get a marvellous week when the writers all remember it exists at once.

It will always be classic to me.

Nicole (Nicole), Thursday, 5 June 2003 12:28 (twenty-two years ago)

And me.

Cozen (Cozen), Thursday, 5 June 2003 12:32 (twenty-two years ago)

I first read about it in a croatian pop magazine NOMAD where they called FREAKY TRIGGER ''the best site in the world; Tom Ewing, I bow before you''.

Yeah, Pete says that the only time he ever gets referenced online is in Eastern European zines - good on you Croats etc.

he is the frank zappa of the internet

mark s (mark s), Thursday, 5 June 2003 12:43 (twenty-two years ago)

That was cold!

Nicole (Nicole), Thursday, 5 June 2003 13:00 (twenty-two years ago)

Mark S is mean.

NYLPM is forever a joy unto my heart. If I could think of something to write for it and FT again I would (it's hard enough figuring out what I'm writing for CTCL, I have to say).

Ned Raggett (Ned), Thursday, 5 June 2003 13:40 (twenty-two years ago)

Write about Justin, you know you want to.

Nicole (Nicole), Thursday, 5 June 2003 14:12 (twenty-two years ago)

There's not much to say at this point that hasn't been already. I'll wait for him to make a new album I can snigger at.

Ned Raggett (Ned), Thursday, 5 June 2003 14:19 (twenty-two years ago)

Do a compilation thing, yr bitchiness is honestly marvelous. I love it.

Andrew Thames (Andrew Thames), Thursday, 5 June 2003 14:21 (twenty-two years ago)

Bitchy Ned = a good read.

Nicole (Nicole), Thursday, 5 June 2003 14:30 (twenty-two years ago)

It is nice to know I'm loved. ;-) No, I need to find a new target that I haven't already expended all my ire on elsewhere yet. As it is at this point all I'd say would be "He sucked with N'Sync, he sucks now, Emperor's New Clothes redux, I'm off to listen to Sons and Fascination again, just because it's new and selling and famous doesn't mean I have to kowtow to the bastard and his supposed zeitgeist." There. ;-)

Ned Raggett (Ned), Thursday, 5 June 2003 14:43 (twenty-two years ago)

I keep meaning to write something for it! I am working on something *great*
