Although I have to say, downtown today many guys were topless and many women were nearly so. Now, I'm not saying these were the guys I most wished were topless but: I just wan to point out that most people, men and women, were checking the less clad folk out. Totally perv city. I mean, no one cared about quality -- it was quantity -- or, really, the pure existance of exposed flesh -- that had Portlanders' eyes a-googly.
