so if they go entirely bust does that mean exeter get to come back into the third div? this is the only team i would say this about btw.

I doubt they will go totally bust.. yet. This move will probably allow them to reduce some long term debt, but what effect will forced player sales have on the following season? I'm assuming that they aren't going to go the Leicester route and sell the club, allowing them to keep players for the time.
