I see that some prison guards were just banged up for assaulting inmates. Isn't that, like, their JOB? Most convicts aren't very tranquil and reasonable people.

When did we stop trying to rehabilate so when their sentences ended they could become productive elelments of society ? That seemed to be a good idea . Now its starve them, beat them , fail to educate or counsel them and they suddenly have a high recidivism rate (sp)

They shoudl just play John Denver at all hours in prisons. that would be very effective form of rehabilitation.

Hmmmmm that's a pretty tricky predicament, Mr.Q.

On the one hand, I'll always rate a good criminal over a bad screw.

But then again, nothing really beats a good screw does it?
