We've recently hired a guy to write documentation for our systems. The first piece he did that related to me, the first five sentences all had basic grammatical errors. Once I had rewritten them into English, it became clear that they also completely failed to make sense, as he had reorganised my points so that, for instance, paper records to be archived had to be placed in boxes for archiving, and then you selected which records you were to place in the boxes.
