i was asnooze on a futon couch some months back and woke to rustling in my hair. yes friends i was being rummaged by a mouse. to my eternal shame i squawked and leapt across the room before i quite knew what was happening, instead of welcoming my tiny friend to nestle. i hope they don't hold it against me.

feel like i ought to mention this was not my own futon but at someone's cabin up in the hills. the mountain mice are perhaps more eager for cuddles?
