Every time I read stuff he's done/said to Sarah it makes me hate him more.

This is an excellent sentiment, but maybe obscuring the name so it doesn't turn up on a Google search of her name would help any future CV applications to better jobs.

Sadly, the abundance of "Sarah McCl*sk*y's Boss"'s in the world is very high. Try working real estate in any southern California suburb. Heads on a coin-flip says you'd get a boss just as grating. :(
