Is it safe to dye my hair again right after i just dyed it?

depends. what color was it, what color did you dye it, what color are you dying it now. define "just," i.e. how long ago. do you have a history of hair dyeing? how long is yr hair? answer these questions and i can give you my $0.02.

Safe as in "will it cause death or injury?" - I think so.
Safe as in "might it come out looking funny?" - your guess is as good as mine.

In general, going darker is likely to come out better than going lighter.
