Just regular Guinea, please. Or whatever Guinea's the safest country. Papua New Guinea, or more specifically Port Moresby, is well known for its high crime rate, committed largely by gangs of rasskols. But Papua New Guinea does speak an interesting language that is a sort of Pidgin English, so that's something there.
I really need to start frequenting the State Department's website again. I'm starting to forget some of the things about various countries I knew off the top of my head. Hm.
