they might be a Quisling agent of the overlords, or they might be the leader of a fully independant country... either way, when do you think an Iraqi will be appointed/elected/swept to power in a mass insurrection to be at least notionally in charge of his/her country?

I'm expecting some Iraqi guy to be given some title like President or Prime Minister by the end of this year. Real power will remain with the occupation forces.

what about that pseudo-precocious kid from that Steve Martin movie that I didn't see, the one with Queen Latifah. Where the kid learns to read from a titty magazine, and asks his dad (SM) some question like "what is a rack?" and SteveM (not Blueski, or???) says something like "a country in the Middle East."
That kid should be installed.
