In a nutshell: Commerce Department finally hands in long sought-after document due to Freedom of Information Act which details Iraqi and Saudi Arabian oilfields and pipelines as well as - gulp! - "Foreign Suitors For Iraqui Oilfield Contracts". And the documents are dated March, 2001.
