'City of God' is utterly over-rated, i mean it wd make my 25, but No. 1? leave it out.
'Kill Bill' is not as bad as i expected but please -- no. 2?

release dates and platform releases always end up screwing around with mid-america's film critics "top 10" lists as well, hence critics routinely including March's Oscar nominees (for the previous year) on their top tens in December.

There are two films which I would like to see removed from the list: Solaris and Punch Drunk Love. Replace them with Elf and A Guy Thing.
