Could anyone please recommend a good place to register a domain?Is there anywhere I should avoid?

eight months pass...

I thinking about getting back into the web game - who's a good cheap name host? I'd rather host the domain separately from the web space, though I know you can get some okay deals / free name hosting with places like Dreamhost. What's recommended for ~$10 a year, or a place where you can get discounts for buying multiple domain/year orders?

godaddy is fine for me. Domains are dirt cheap, if that's all you want. I've even registered domain names as impulse buys. (No one wants "tittysprinkles.net" in the broad light of day.)
