...& why did his pithy post re: Gaiman's _1602_ mini-series while I was working on my comic-related post? Not only did he voice good thoughts re: the dubious nature of this enterprise (tho #1 was good clean fun), he also gave necessary props to Jason Lutes' boffo work on _Berlin_.

Come back, Vic!

Wouldn't that be Iodine999?

Ned Raggett (Ned), Saturday, 16 August 2003 12:10 (twenty-two years ago)

Perhaps, perhaps, but the use of a last name (which I forgot) threw me off.

If it is, tho - hey, Vic!

Vic Fluro is a pseudonym cos he's someone with minor involvement in the comics industry and doesn't want to go drinking with someone having just slagged their work on the net.

But then why did Vic's post go poof?

David R. (popshots75`), Sunday, 17 August 2003 17:06 (twenty-two years ago)

He emailed me complaining about wacky formatting on his browser so he probably deleted it because of that. These artistic types are sensitive!

Tom (Groke), Sunday, 17 August 2003 22:44 (twenty-two years ago)

More Vic, please.

David. (Cozen), Thursday, 21 August 2003 19:45 (twenty-two years ago)

What, two huge posts isnt enough??

Tom (Groke), Friday, 22 August 2003 09:35 (twenty-two years ago)

No. I need more Vic too.

Nathan W (Nathan Webb), Friday, 22 August 2003 09:59 (twenty-two years ago)

what about me?
he says worried.

anthony easton (anthony), Friday, 22 August 2003 10:03 (twenty-two years ago)

More of everyone. Anthony Vic's glamour is partly due to his being the secret identity of a hard-drinking comics professional.

Tom (Groke), Friday, 22 August 2003 10:05 (twenty-two years ago)

But I could tell who it was right away! Vic's writing style is pretty singular.

Larcole (Nicole), Friday, 22 August 2003 11:15 (twenty-two years ago)

SHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!! ;)

Tom (Groke), Friday, 22 August 2003 11:20 (twenty-two years ago)
