U&K RFI Kids In the Hall videos (PAL)

Hey Toronto people: I want to give someone a gift of a Kids In the Hall video compilation. This in itself seems to be hard to find. Rogers and Blockbuster both say they don't have any to sell. But here's the extra tricky part - I need it in a format that will play in Europe so PAL or whatever the DVD equivalent would be for that. Anyone have any idea where I could find something like this quickly? Alternatively, ideas re where I could find some sort of substitute (e.g. Did they make any good audio CDs)? Thanks.
