A-Team vs 24h : taking sides

when i turned my tv on this afternoon, i couldn't find anything interesting ... but an A-Team's episode on the 6th channel ! It was about a bomb hidden in a garage, with great action ("this bomb is homemade, it's either the blue or the red one, what do I choose ? If i'm wrong, the roof collapses on our heads .."), great humour and a special "old-fashioned" style. Definitely worth watching. But a (dumb) question came to my mind (and came on this board as well) : if i ask u to take sides between A-Team's style or 24h style, what do u watch ? "Hannibal" or Jack Bauer ? Finding a bomb or finding his kidnapped daughter while protecting a senator's life at the same time ? Do u think the comparison is sensible ?
i vote for 24h, but i think both rule ...

they do both rule. and id love to see A-team in 24 hour style, because it'd be great to see what Face gets up to at night

or see 24 hour in a-team style : Jack Bauer should find a phone box to call for nina's precious information
it could make a good parody i guess

I was thinking id love to see Tony Almeida go Scarface Cuban in the next series of 24, like "im sick of this fokin' fake American accent" and go apeshit with his "lil friend" all over CTU.

Keifer Sutherland vs. Dirk Benedict T/S more like it

Seriously I've always felt that if you throw me two television series series at me the less recent one will always win, simply because if you hit me with something over a decade old which has been preserved and still has a fan base of any sort that must mean it's a lot better than 95% of the shit clogging the airwaves at the moment. In 2014 nobody's going to give a kimchee poopoo about 24 - meanwhile we'll still be writing research papers on the Dick Van Dyke Show.
