that little song makes me uncomfortable. kill the tooth fairy? is nothing sacred! but no on the BG question. i was hoping to learn.

was it part of all that stuff dental nurses (/the murder house) handed out to kids here... ah, I still feel disappointed when I go to the dentist now and there is no stickers or other such comforts provided.
