Right, so the thing is, as mentioned on the Glasgow FAP thread, I seem to have two surplus standing tickets for the Rolling Stones gig at the SECC on Monday night (1st September).

If anyone wants them or knows anyone that wants them, can you please put them in touch with me via here or email.

(FARSG is exactly the sound I'd make if I was asked attend a FARSG!)

They played Twickenham stadium on Sunday night. I 'won' some tickets in a residents ballot, but was planning to be somewhere else so I didn't take them. In the event I was around after all, so flung open the windows and listened to the sound of the gig floating across town. Paint It Black was ace!

Is Jagger on his feet again?
I heard he was cancelling shows because he had flu-like symptoms, and I was wondering if maybe he had the SARS?

They cancelled the first Twickenham show on Saturday, but played on Sunday.

But I thought it would be, y'know, irony, if Mick got the SARS.

The ones for the Astoria(?) were going for £2000 on ebay. You've been had!

But the ones for Glasgow aren't going at all. It's a considerably bigger venue than the Astoria, and they are playing two nights, and there were stacks at v. low prices on eBay. Also if I go with my boss, I am likely to benefit to the tune of free booze.
