And I'm using it! Hello ILX from my bedroom! Rar! (I am not nude, btw.)

In the end I bought an EMachines tower with 256ram and 80gig HD and some processor and stuff, plus a flatscreen. Tower cost me £400, flatscreen cost me £140. I've ordered Cakewalk Plasma and next month I'm gonna by new speakers and a midi keyboard, and by this time next year I'll be Number One with my MBV - Justin hybrid.

Rar! New computers rock!

I'm, like, sitting in my bedroom, listening to Outkast on my new computer and talking to Emma on Messenger. Rar!

How do I use SoulSeek then?

I don't know how I ever managed to set it up; it suddenly sounds terribly complicated.

you think they'd make it simpler.

RJG (RJG), Sunday, 31 August 2003 14:28 (twenty-two years ago)

I'll get emma's brother round to set it up for me, he's a genius when it comes to stealing msuic off the net.

Nick Southall (Nick Southall), Sunday, 31 August 2003 14:33 (twenty-two years ago)

Ned Raggett (Ned), Sunday, 31 August 2003 15:12 (twenty-two years ago)

I'm never going to say whether I'm nude or not, so you'll all have to always wonder.

Nick Southall (Nick Southall), Sunday, 31 August 2003 17:57 (twenty-two years ago)

You're always nude. I figure.

Cozen (Cozen), Sunday, 31 August 2003 17:58 (twenty-two years ago)

Spencer Chow (spencermfi), Sunday, 31 August 2003 18:02 (twenty-two years ago)

In related news, my next aspirational object is one of these. Please buy me one, somebody.

Nick Southall (Nick Southall), Sunday, 31 August 2003 18:11 (twenty-two years ago)

I would be in awe but I don't know the specifics of your processor. I would imagine, though, that it's this super-snazzy AMD Athlon processor. (Do other people actually still use the word "snazzy", btw?) Hopefully you'll find a good deal on those speakers. And hopefully you'll report back to ILX that you're very happy with eMachines and would highly recommend them, because I'm very seriously looking at a couple of eMachines systems and I would like to know if they make good computers.

Just Deanna (Dee the Lurker), Sunday, 31 August 2003 18:19 (twenty-two years ago)

kate (kate), Monday, 1 September 2003 11:53 (twenty-two years ago)

Can't wait to hear this! "Gonna get you shoe-gazing by the end of this song"

Alfie (Alfie), Monday, 1 September 2003 12:44 (twenty-two years ago)

That bit at the end of "Like I Love You" when Justin goes "drums!" - I'll go "scree!"

Nick Southall (Nick Southall), Monday, 1 September 2003 12:49 (twenty-two years ago)
