techie trouble part deux

when i boot up i get the following message:

"cannot find the file 'msinfo.exe' (or one of its components). make sure the path and file name are correct and that all required libraries are avaliable"

i hit ok and the next message appears:

"could not load or run 'msinfo.exe' specified in WIN.INI file. make sure the file exists on your computer or remove the reference to it in the WIN.INI file"

problem is this has just appeared - previously i have never had this problem appear and when i hit ok both times the computer seems to operate ok.

Any ideas what the problem is or how i can resolve it - baring in mind i know nothing so some tips would be real handy
