It's up! Lots to see! Threads on everything individually to be started if I can get it to work! Thanks everyone who's contributed so far!

Tom (Groke), Monday, 8 September 2003 20:32 (twenty-one years ago)

Sorry I didn't get my piece in on time. Nextmonth will be bumper from me I'm sure.

I prefer the rabbit to the kitten.

Pete (Pete), Tuesday, 9 September 2003 11:11 (twenty-one years ago)

At first glance it looks great Tom. I hope to be able to dedicate some time this week to investigating further which, i am sure, will prove to be most enjoyable! Awww wabit!

Pinkpanther (Pinkpanther), Tuesday, 9 September 2003 11:13 (twenty-one years ago)

It is an adorable bunny, but the zombie cat is already missed.

Larcole (Nicole), Tuesday, 9 September 2003 11:19 (twenty-one years ago)

/august_cover_star.jpg is the filename you're looking for Larcole!

Tom (Groke), Tuesday, 9 September 2003 11:21 (twenty-one years ago)

Good work Tom.

A query - is it possible to put "discuss this article in our forum" links to the relevant threads at the end of each piece?

Jerry the Nipper (Jerrynipper), Tuesday, 9 September 2003 11:22 (twenty-one years ago)

Yes - we were putting them on the front page but putting them in the articles itself would make more sense I agree.

Tom (Groke), Tuesday, 9 September 2003 11:23 (twenty-one years ago)

I hope I get time soon to read the 1800 words + of the Nipper's review.

I hope that it will one day or minute spark a debate, involving Cozen, Osvaldo Ardiles, John Updike, Adrian Heath, et al.

I sent a kitten picture to Alan recently that would go great on the front page, I think. Consider it, Alan! There's a trigger link!

Martin Skidmore (Martin Skidmore), Wednesday, 10 September 2003 11:55 (twenty-one years ago)

I am also sorry for my laxiity in producing my piece. But there may have been a development today, I will keep interested parties informed.

chris (chris), Wednesday, 10 September 2003 11:58 (twenty-one years ago)

Have you popped one off?

Tim (Tim), Wednesday, 10 September 2003 11:59 (twenty-one years ago)

(A wild animal to cook and eat is what I mean, of course.)

Tim (Tim), Wednesday, 10 September 2003 12:00 (twenty-one years ago)

Sorry Martin, the rabbit was important. It is a grebt pic tho.

Alan (Alan), Wednesday, 10 September 2003 12:05 (twenty-one years ago)

It's not actually the ex-rabbit though, it's one of the new ones. But we need to keep the animals varied.

Tom (Groke), Wednesday, 10 September 2003 12:18 (twenty-one years ago)

If we keep animals at all.

Disclaimer:

Just posted my latest blog, to find out the inner timeclock (on the computer terminal) screwed up and put up the incorrect time. Therefore, this is causing it to look unfinished. (I thought I had made sure I'd fixed the time of the post, beforehand.) Trust me, I AM done with it!

Starry had brought this to my attention, and I wanted to prevent any problems for the rest of you....

Nichole Graham (Nichole Graham), Tuesday, 16 September 2003 19:45 (twenty-one years ago)

Nichole a touch of tidying was required but I'm on that. Have you received all the invitations you were expecting? I got some weird bounce message back from one of them.

Tim (Tim), Tuesday, 16 September 2003 20:17 (twenty-one years ago)

Nichole a touch of tidying was required but I'm on that.

Thanks, as I've been searching the database, trying to find out how to fix it. Didn't intend to leave such a large space, obv.

Have you received all the invitations you were expecting?

Tim, very odd. I was asking to be added to "Brown Wedge", but never heard about it. Can you send the invite again, please?

Nichole Graham (Nichole Graham), Tuesday, 16 September 2003 20:27 (twenty-one years ago)

That'll have been the bounce (you're listed as a non-replying invitee right now). Will re-send.

Tim (Tim), Tuesday, 16 September 2003 20:41 (twenty-one years ago)

(Tom, also sent you an email asking to join NYLPM)

Merci, Monsieur Hopkins...

Nichole Graham (Nichole Graham), Tuesday, 16 September 2003 20:47 (twenty-one years ago)

has nichole's piece gone again then? is that temporary?

mark s (mark s), Wednesday, 17 September 2003 07:01 (twenty-one years ago)

No, it's there.

It was marked as draft, weirdly. But now it's not. Blogger seems to be playing odd caching games right now. (NB this probably means Hopkins = being a fool).

Tim (Tim), Wednesday, 17 September 2003 07:35 (twenty-one years ago)

oi, you're meant to be saying how excited you are about the club night, not wibbling on about blogger ;)

CarsmileSteve (CarsmileSteve), Wednesday, 17 September 2003 07:37 (twenty-one years ago)

oops, me stoopid, i thought this was the club thread.

i'm going away now, to think about my actions...

CarsmileSteve (CarsmileSteve), Wednesday, 17 September 2003 07:38 (twenty-one years ago)

I'm very excited about the September 2003 FT Club night.

Alan (Alan), Wednesday, 17 September 2003 08:00 (twenty-one years ago)

Oh no that's the October one. I'm not excited about that one at all. I like the flyer though.

Tim (Tim), Wednesday, 17 September 2003 08:01 (twenty-one years ago)

i plan to request 'Being A Girl' at the next FT club night
