I am horribly, horribly biased toward London at present, because I adore that city to bits (as I've stated more than once before) and I am so serious in stating that if I could afford it, I would buy me a second home there. If I visited NYC and actually had a magical and "OMG, I'm HOME!" time and if people there were lovely people, it would be a terribly hard toss-up. But as for now -- London.
