1. While most people have their windows main toolbar at the bottom of the screen, I've found that sticking mine at the top of the screen prevents me from squinting around down there to see what I'm doing. Everything is at eye level and this promotes good posture. It's a bit weird to start with, butgive it a week and I guarantee you won't go back! Also, once you've done this, you can pull the toolbar down a little bit making it bigger so you can see what you've got running more clearly.
