Are you looking for a translation, or for a particular, well known phrase? I asked one of my old high-school latin buddies and he said there is some phrase to that effect that was popular with the early moderns. One thing for sure is that the verb will be some 1st person plural form of "fieri"- to become. Most likely "fiemus," unless it's subjunctive in which case it will be two words, like factae erimus or some such. I'll get back to you. Right now I'm thinking something "pro quo fiemus," but that's wrong. Well let you know.
