is it still "next week"?

Because when I decided to take a hiatus on the 20th trife said "see you next week" and I wanted to prove him wrong but my copy of Shutokou Battle 01 hasn't shown up in the mail yet and I'm bored and I miss this place even if it gets retarded from time to time.

I apologize profusely for acting like a dong previously. And in case I act like a dong again, at least I have a new screen name so my real-life google-prone name won't be attached to said dongery.

trife, if you're reading this: I take back the "argh fah die" stuff and was wondering if you've heard the new Ludacris because he's the new phenomenon like white women with ass

That link isn't to a Japanese video game about racing tricked-out cars, it's a link to a picture of me. Oops/shit.

hi nate!! i tried to lure you back to ilm with POINTLESS UNDERGROUND BEEF eastern conference vs 7l & esoteric but it didnt work and that page the guy linked to crashed my computer. also i finally heard the weatherman freestyle with el-p over the gossip folks beat, its really good! the only songs off the new luda ive heard are pussy poppin and hiphop quotables, i love them both though the latter is kind of shamelessly trying to be a funny ludacris song

it needs more Bill O'Reilly disses but "Southern Fried Intro" is the best usage of Isaac Hayes' "Walk On By" ever (sorry Sneaker Pimps, ha ha) and "Diamonds in the Back" ibid. re: William De Vaughn's "Be Thankful For What You've Got".

better than oc's 'king of new york' !?! and fucking WARNING?!?! i doubt it!

trife (simon_tr), Saturday, 27 September 2003 19:17 (twenty-two years ago)

i always thought it was funny that puffy did the subtle lift of walk on by and the supposedly obscuritan rza did the shameless diddystyle one, lifting like sixteen bars and actually getting hayes to sing on the damn song!! nate you should check for that oc song too

it helps that "hip hop quotables" actually is funny tho.

"diamonds in the back" gave me one of those 'ambushed by unexpected emotion' full body shivers first time i heard it.
